For vinyl heat transfers, the process starts with a machine to cut out designs and letters in pieces of colored vinyl. A heat press transfers each vinyl color of the design onto the garment. For digital print heat transfer, we start by digitally printing the graphic with solvent ink on special heat transfer paper.
